We believe in complete transparency. InertGo is built on a "Client-First" architecture, meaning your conversations with AI models happen directly between you and the provider. We don't eavesdrop.

1. User-Centric Architecture

Unlike traditional apps that route everything through a central server, InertGo connects your device directly to the AI Service Providers.

Direct Connection

Your chats, images, and drawings are sent strictly from your device to the AI Provider (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).

No Middleman

Our servers do not intercept, read, save, or train on your real-time chat sessions.

Your history and API keys (if provided) are stored locally on your device using industry-standard encryption standards.

2. API Key Responsibility

If you choose to bring your own API keys, they are stored encrypted on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers—only to the respective AI provider for authentication.

Important: You are solely responsible for managing your API keys, usage limits, and any associated costs from the provider. InertGo is not liable for invalid keys or unexpected charges.

3. Service Disclaimer & Provider Volatility

InertGo acts as a user interface (UI) facilitator. We do not control the uptime, accuracy, or safety of third-party AI models.

  • Provider Modification: We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify the list of supported AI providers at any time.
  • Free Tiers: Free access tiers (e.g., via OpenRouter) are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Users cannot claim rights to the indefinite availability of free services.

4. Pedagogical Content & Intellectual Property

We act in good faith to ensure our pedagogical materials are accurate and legally compliant. However, AI models can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or inadvertent inaccuracies.

If you believe any content violates intellectual property rights or patents, please contact us immediately. The developer is not liable for third-party AI-generated content.

5. Data Collection & Sampling

To operate and improve the service, we collect minimal data:

  • Account Basics: Name, Email, and Photo (via Google Sign-In).
  • **Quality Sampling:** By using the service, you agree that one (1) randomly selected interaction per 24 hours is transmitted to our servers. This is used solely to refine our system prompts and educational quality.

Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you retain full rights to delete your account and all associated data permanently.

Option 1: In-App (Instant)

  1. Open Settings tab.
  2. Select Account Management.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":

* Requests are processed within 10 business days. All personal data is permanently wiped from our systems.
