Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using inertGo. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using inertGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

inertGo is an AI-powered educational study companion. It provides access to AI models (cloud-based and on-device) for learning assistance, daily tests, writing tools, and analytics.

inertGo is a UI facilitator — it connects users directly to third-party AI providers. We do not control, host, or operate the AI models themselves.

3. User Accounts

  • Google Sign-In is required to use inertGo.
  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
  • One person per account; sharing of accounts is not permitted.

4. API Keys & Third-Party Services

Users who bring their own API keys are solely responsible for their usage, costs, and key security. API keys are stored encrypted on-device and are never transmitted to inertGo servers — only to the respective AI provider for authentication.

⚠ Responsibility Notice: You are solely responsible for managing your API keys, monitoring usage limits, and any associated costs incurred through third-party providers. inertGo is not liable for invalid keys, unexpected charges, or misuse of your credentials.

5. On-Device AI

  • On-device models run locally on the user's device.
  • No data leaves the device during on-device inference.
  • Performance depends on device hardware (RAM, processor).
  • Models are provided as-is; accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Academic Integrity

AI should be used as a learning aid, not a replacement for original work.

  • Users must comply with their institution's academic integrity policies.
  • Users should cite AI-generated content when required by their institution.
  • inertGo is not responsible for misuse of AI-generated content.

7. Content Disclaimer

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading content ("hallucinations"). Users must verify all information against authoritative sources such as textbooks and teachers.

inertGo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The inertGo application, brand, and original content are the property of Samyur Academy.
  • AI-generated responses are subject to the respective AI provider's terms of service.
  • Users retain ownership of their own input content.
  • If any content violates intellectual property rights, contact us immediately for removal.

9. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of inertGo are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the service for illegal activities.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the application.
  • Sharing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the AI interface.
  • Circumventing usage limits or security measures.
  • Using the service to generate content that violates others' rights.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

  • inertGo may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • AI provider availability (including free tiers) may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify supported AI providers.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided.

11. Privacy & Data

Data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Minimal data collected: Name, Email, and Photo via Google Sign-In.
  • Quality Sampling: One randomly selected interaction per 24 hours may be transmitted to our servers for quality improvement.
  • Users should not share personally identifiable information with AI models.

12. Limitation of Liability

inertGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Samyur Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
  • Not liable for third-party AI provider outages, errors, or content.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samyur Academy, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of inertGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Major changes will be communicated through the app or website.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India.
